We are excited to announce our NEW 2026 location at the University of California in Santa Cruz, CA! Directed by Head Tennis Coach, Ross Pytko, and his expert coaching staff, we are ready to bring the legacy of Wilson Tennis Camps to the beautiful Santa Cruz area.
Our Junior Sessions offer full day and half day options for kids ages 7-18. We are ready to hit the court whether your young player is just getting started or looking to be tournament ready for the upcoming season. Alongside tennis training, Head Coach Ross Pytko also incorporates time management, communication and collaboration skills that will benefit young players beyond the tennis court. Each camper receives personal attention, advanced teaching techniques, intensive drill work, and game/match play, all in a fun and competitive environment. Campers are broken into small instructional groups with similar age, ability and experience, so each child is working in a group that is commensurate with their experience level and tailor the instruction to the level of the players. Beginners would get a heavier dose of swing technique and fundamentals, while more advanced players would focus on strategy, point building, percentage tennis, etc.
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE CAMP INCLUDE:
- Comprehensive instructional program with daily teaching progressions
- Small instructional groups to ensure individual attention
- Safety prioritized on and off court
- Camp demo program with all the latest Wilson rackets
- Great Wilson Raffle and prizes for all campers
Our Adult Sessions provide a weekend of elite tennis training on collegiate level courts, open for adults of all tennis experience and interest. Players will develop skills and practice strategies that will focus on consistency and confidence in game play, allowing for more fun and success on the court. Players will leave with practical drills and skills that are repeatable on your own.
ADULT CURRICULUM INCLUDES:
- Strong Fundamentals: grip, contact, balance, and swing shape
- Efficient Movement: early spacing, recovery, and body connection
- Smarter Decisions: reading ball height and depth, using margin, and playing percentage tennis
